RAW Crème Anglaise

160g young coconut flesh


130g macadamias (soaked overnight)


1 vanilla pod, beans only


160g coconut water


1 tbsp agave


pinch salt


pinch turmeric



Place all ingredient ins to a high speed blender and pulverize for 1 minute on the highest speed. (Thermomix 1 min/ speed 9).
