Terrified of cooking? The food you will learn to prepare will build a well balanced meal with protein, complex carbohydrates and essential fatty acids. It will be naked!!! We will add base ingredient components to make delectable food that you know where it came from!
We will talk about seasonality, organic produce and buying local.
Dishes may include;

  • Morrocan style meat (chicken or lamb)
  • Yoghurt/ Labneh
  • Beetroot pomegranite and pistachio salad
  • Hummous
  • Pita bread
